2. Client Eligibility

4. Booking & Payments

4.1 Scheduling a Session

All appointments must be booked through the online booking system or through direct communication with Shelly.

4.2 Payment

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise noted.
Accepted payment methods may include credit/debit cards, online payment platforms, or other methods listed at checkout.

4.3 Pricing

Prices for services, programs, and products are listed on the website and may change at any time without notice.

5. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

5.1 Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

5.2 Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee up to the full price of the service.

5.3 No-Shows

Clients who do not attend their appointment without notice will be charged the full session fee.

5.4 Rescheduling

You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.

5.5 Emergencies

Exceptions may be made for genuine emergencies at the discretion of Lake Superior Roots Healing.

6. Refunds

All services, sessions, digital materials, and programs are non-refundable once delivered or started.

Refunds are not issued for:

• Completed sessions

• Missed appointments

• Partial use of programs

• Client dissatisfaction with spiritual or energetic outcomes

If a session cannot be completed due to practitioner availability or technical issues, it may be rescheduled at no additional cost.

7. Virtual Sessions

By booking a virtual appointment, you agree to:

• Ensure a quiet, safe environment during the session

• Have a stable internet connection

• Take responsibility for any technical issues on your end

Energy healing can be equally effective virtually, but results may vary.

8. Not a Medical Service

Lake Superior Roots Healing does not diagnose, cure, or treat medical conditions.
All services provided by Shelly are complementary healing modalities.

Clients acknowledge and agree:

• Sessions do not replace medical care

• No medical advice or prescriptions are provided

• You are responsible for consulting your physician regarding medical concerns

• You will make your own well-informed health decisions

By booking services, you agree to:

• Be honest about your physical and emotional wellbeing
